Rate Card

The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, between 8:30 AM and 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unless otherwise agreed upon in an individual client Managed Services Addendum:

  • A rate of $145 per hour will be charged for technical support labor
  • A rate of $195 per hour will be charged for all training
  • A rate of $225 per hour will be charged for all project management
  • A rate of $315 per hour will be charged for CIO, CTO, CISO, and COS services
  • A rate of $375 per computer will be charged for all New Computer Setups
  • A rate of $395 per hour for Incident Response

Note: After hours will be billed at a time and a half the normal billable rate

Note: All onsite work will be billed at a minimum of one (1) hour and then at thirty (30) minute increments after that, only if the work is not covered under a Managed Services contract that includes onsite support.
